When do I get my letter?
I send out Little Paper Co snail mail the last week of every month. Members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending!
What if I didn't get my letter?
If your Little Paper mail doesn’t arrive, email us at info@little-paper-co.com and we’ll make it right.
We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns if the mail was bounced back to us - then resend them to you.
A note on timing: Order by 20th of the previous month to receive next month's mail!
Ex. Order by November 20th to receive December's mail - mail gets sent out the last week of each month :)
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
All you have to do is email us before the 20th of the month and we will end your subscription or change your address!
What countries do we ship to?
Currently we only ship to US but we're working on international shipping very soon!
