When do I get my letter?
I send out Little Paper Co on the 23rd of every month. Members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending!
What if I didn't get my letter?
If your Little Paper mail doesn’t arrive, email us at info@little-paper-co.com and we’ll make it right.
We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns if the mail was bounced back to us - then resend them to you.
A note on timing: If you sign up before the 23rd of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up on or after the 23rd, your first letter will arrive the following month.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
All you have to do is email us before the 23rd of the month and we will end your subscription or change your address!
What countries do we ship to?
Currently we only ship to US but we're working on international shipping very soon!
